AI Review is an open beta. It works, but it's not yet hardened for mission-critical use. Don't use it for illegal content. Bring your own provider key if you want to be sure of your quota. We provide it as-is.
Acceptance
By creating an account or calling the API, you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.
Acceptable use
- No illegal content (anywhere applicable to you, our processors, or LLM providers).
- No content involving minors in any sexual context.
- No use to harass, defame, or deceive a specific person.
- No automated mass-creation of personas or API keys for spam.
- No reverse engineering or scraping that bypasses our rate limits.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these in good-faith judgement.
Shared free-trial budget
When you don't supply your own provider key, the platform uses a shared DeepSeek balance for your requests. To protect that balance for all users, your env-fallback usage is capped at 50 requests and 20,000 tokens per day. Past those caps, requests return a 429 and you'll be prompted to add your own key in /settings/keys. Users with their own keys (request override, persona-attached, user-level, or org-shared) are unmetered by us.
API rate limits
Calls to /api/v1/* via API key are throttled at 60 requests / minute and 1000 requests / day per API key. Standard X-RateLimit-* headers are returned on every response, plus Retry-After on 429.
Your provider keys
When you add your own provider key, you're agreeing to your provider's terms of service. You pay them, not us, for the API usage. We don't surface or cache your provider key beyond the request that needs it.
Pricing
This is an open beta. Free during the beta period. We'll give 30 days' notice (via dashboard or email) before introducing any paid plan. Any balance you've used during the beta is not refundable in pre-paid credit — there is none.
No warranty
AI Review is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of LLM output, or that the service won't change.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any direct damages across all claims is capped at AUD $50, the price you pay us in the beta (i.e. nothing) plus a token amount to keep this clause enforceable.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time (currently by emailing us — see Privacy). We can suspend an account that's breaching these terms. We'll try to give you a heads-up unless we judge waiting would cause harm.
Changes
We'll update this page and bump the date. Material changes get a dashboard notice (and email once we wire it).
